Abstract
Sufficient rehabilitation is crucial to the clinical outcome following anatomical open reduction of Lisfranc fracture-dislocation. The present study supports a rehabilitation approach focussing on restoring proprioception and calf muscular strength including isometric exercises of the dorsal extensors.
