Abstract
The regulations within the social configuration reveal a differentiation in the involvement of skateholders: (1) for sport institutions, the strategy is to develop opportunities in this context. The involvement in physical activity of skateholders is determined by the symbolic capital; (2) for prescribing physicians, the importance accorded to their vocation in health and mobilizes their cultural and sociosanitary capital in connection with their professional culture of belonging. The healthy vocation of prescribing physicians constitue the main factor to understand their involvement in the “health well-being sports network”. The sociocultural capital may be used by themselves. Our modelization shows a continuum of sport health sector, between citizen needs and appropriate physical activity. The position of the prescribing physicians is central. This position is illustrated through the top-down and bottom-up relations.
