Abstract
Mucosal melanomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are very specific entities. Limited pathophysiological knowledge still precludes effective medium- and long-term management. Future treatment will probably be based on global adjuvant or neoadjuvant-targeted chemotherapy.
