Abstract
Our results demonstrate that PSE protects from cisplatin-induced cytotoxicity by activating the antioxidant effects via the Akt/Nrf-2 pathway in this auditory cell line, and indicate that PSE may provide novel treatment to prevent cisplatin-induced ototoxicity.
