Abstract
In our series, all 7 patients, originally diagnosed as having an isolated LTN, on reinterpretation, were found to have a more diffuse muscle/nerve involvement pattern, without MR findings to suggest nerve compression. These data strongly support an inflammatory pathophysiology.
