Abstract
Principles for microtia reconstruction have remained unchanged over the last few decades. However, several techniques have been described to reduce the number of surgical stages, and address some of the common challenges and complications associated with microtia reconstruction. This article reviews recent advances in the techniques for microtia reconstruction.
