Abstract
A new case of an unusual cutaneous lesion characterized by an apocrine gland cyst surrounded by a hemosiderotic dermatofibroma-like proliferating stroma is reported. We review the literature, especially with regard to the morphology, pathogenesis and terminology of this curious lesion.
