Abstract
Although acute acalculous cholecystitis rarely appears as an early manifestation in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, this entity should be taken into consideration in the differential diagnosis of patients with abdominal pain of unknown origin and a history of eosinophilia, asthma, or allergic rhinitis.
