Abstract
⺠Motorcycle riders without helmets, and vehicles with substantial damage were associated with a higher likelihood of sustaining a TBI in a crash. ⺠Drivers with an existing TBI were more likely to crash at night and were less likely to wear seatbelts. ⺠Post-TBI drivers showed greater involvement in multiple crashes than all other non-TBI drivers in crashes during the study duration.
