Abstract
Blaming others for one's problems and misfortunes has been around since the dawn of time. As societies developed, the “culture of blame” has turned into the “culture of compensation” which can often place obstacles in the way of improving safety. In this work we explore the blame culture and ways to avoid it in the workplace.
