Abstract
The phylogenetic analysis and scanning electron micrographs showed that the most probable identity of the screened strain was Penicillium sp. The removal efficiency decreased from 100% to 66% when DCMX concentration increased from 5 to 60Â mg/L, respectively. Under Box-Behnken design, the maximum DCMX removal efficiency was about 98.4%.259
