Abstract
Pollutant concentrations and gene expression were generally higher in the North reef group. The reefs in the North are more impacted than those in the South. Probably due to discharges from the city and port of Veracruz. O. chrysurus is proposed as a sentinel species for the Gulf of Mexico.79
