- The R-flutriafol was more active than S-flutriafol against five target pathogens.
- The acute toxicity of flutriafol to earthworm and algae were enantioselective.
- The R-flutriafol exhibited 2.17-3.52 times higher acute toxicity than S-flutriafol.
