Abstract
In this paper, we will discuss a conjecture on the hyperfocal subalgebra of the block which is proposed by R. Kessar, M. Linckelmann and G. Navarro. We will prove this conjecture under the condition that the hyperfocal subgroup is normal and give two applications.
