Abstract
⺠Bacterial biofilter showed better EC and ÎP than fungal biofilter. ⺠The preferential biodegradation order was: propanal > hexanol > MIBK > toluene. ⺠Propanal partially inhibited the biodegradation of the rest of VOCs. ⺠The two-stage biofilter showed a higher stability than the individual units.
