Abstract
⺠We report a new procedure to treat highly polluted wastewater containing metals. ⺠COD removal strongly depends on the initial temperature and the way of feeding H2O2. ⺠Semicontinuous-High Temperature Fenton (SHTF) allows COD removal higher than 90%. ⺠The proposed solution represents a cost-effective alternative to the currently used.
