Abstract
⺠Standardized test procedure for studying the reactivity of iron was developed. ⺠Degradation kinetic for 23 different iron based particles towards different CAHs. ⺠Comparing to nZVI, newly designed mZVIs showed promising reactivity properties. ⺠The biogenic iron sulfides were the least reactive iron based particles.
