Abstract
⺠An in situ mesocosm was used for long-term monitoring of spilled oil at sea. ⺠An oil spill dispersant changed behavior of the oil in the sea. ⺠Physical weathering was dominant weathering process during 77 days exposure at sea. ⺠Mass balance calculation suggested the revision of WAF and CEWAF protocol.
