Abstract
⺠We identify the binding mode of PCB153 to human serum albumin (HSA). ⺠Spectroscopic and molecular modeling results reveal that PCB153 binds at the site II. ⺠The interaction is mainly governed by hydrophobic and hydrogen bond forces. ⺠The work helps to probe transporting, distribution and toxicity effect of PCBs.
