Abstract
⺠Chlorpyrifos biotransformation rates vary spatially and temporally in sediments. ⺠Phosphotriesterase enzyme activity is correlated with chlorpyrifos biodegradation. ⺠Hydroperiod differences affect the biotransformation rates. ⺠Wet-dry cycling is proposed as a wetland management strategy.
