Abstract
► Coke oven workers were exposed to PAHs despite the use of personal protection equipment. ► Sperm quality was independent of sperm DNA integrity. ► Exposure to PAHs was linked to increased levels of bulky DNA adducts in sperm. ► Research results could be useful to develop reproductive disease prevention strategy.
