Abstract
⺠Coke oven workers were exposed to PAHs despite the use of personal protection equipment. ⺠Sperm quality was independent of sperm DNA integrity. ⺠Exposure to PAHs was linked to increased levels of bulky DNA adducts in sperm. ⺠Research results could be useful to develop reproductive disease prevention strategy.
