Abstract
⺠DPAA is the major contaminant in soils, originated from CLARK I and II. ⺠This study aimed to find the key factors affecting DPAA transformation in soil. ⺠DPAA transformation in soil can be enhanced by adding sulfate and carbon sources. ⺠Participation of sulfate-reducing bacteria in DPAA transformation was suggested. ⺠Unknown arsenicals, DPMAO, PAA, arsenate, etc. were found as the metabolites.
