Abstract
⺠Different QSAR models are built to predict the joint toxicity. ⺠Descriptors in QSARs can help to find the joint toxicity mechanism. ⺠Cu has little influence on joint toxicity when in low concentration. ⺠Complexation may reduce the toxicity of combined systems.
