Abstract
⺠A dynamic stochastic possibilistic multiobjective programming model is developed. ⺠Greenhouse gas emission control is considered. ⺠Three planning scenarios are analyzed and compared. ⺠Optimal decision schemes under three scenarios and different pi levels are obtained. ⺠Tradeoffs between economics and environment are reflected.
