Abstract
We prove the nonexistence of binary orthogonal arrays (BOAs) of parameters (length, cardinality, strength) = (9, 7.24 = 112, 4) and (10, 7.25 = 224, 5), resolving two cases where the existence was undecided up to now. Our approach is a natural continuation of the algorithm which is presented in [P. Boyvalenkov, T. Marinova, M. Stoyanova, Nonexistence of a few binary orthogonal arrays, Discrete Applied Mathematics, Available online 30 August 2016, 217, 144-150 (2017)].
