Abstract
⺠Organic content of soil is a dominant parameter for predicting chlorine deposition. ⺠Soil with 2% organic matter can react 60,000 kg/km2 of chlorine. ⺠Chlorine deposition fitted to a simple kinetic model. ⺠Analytical expression derived for exposure-dependent deposition velocities.
