Abstract
⺠Four strains are isolated from a new atrazine-degradation consortium DNC5. ⺠The function for atrazine degradation of each consortium member has been described. ⺠A synergistic effect between consortium members has been found in this consortium. ⺠Consortium DNC5 exhibits an excellent atrazine-degrading ability correspondingly.
