Abstract
⺠The novel nanoparticles could internalize in HUVEC and diffuse in the cytoplasm. ⺠1-200 μg/ml MNPs did not affect HUVECs and could be safe to HUVECs in vitro. ⺠400 μg/ml MNPs inhibited cell growth regulated by caveolin-1 and eNOS. ⺠20 mg/kg MNPs damaged endothelium in the aortic root after injected for 3 days. ⺠After injected for 6 days and 9 days, the endothelium recovered the integrity.
