Abstract
⺠Influence of DMHA, MHA and HA as hypothetical products of DMA ozonation on NDMA formation was investigated. ⺠Two intermediates of DMA (DMHA and MHA) do not affect the NDMA formation. ⺠Formation of notable amounts of HA during ozonation of DMA is doubtful. ⺠Reaction pathway HA-DMA is not responsible for formation of NDMA when DMA aqueous solution is ozonated.
