Abstract
⺠Two hundred and nineteen endophytes bacteria were isolated from constructed wetland plants. ⺠The environmental isolate Achromobacter xylosoxidans F3B can use aromatic compounds as the sole carbon source. ⺠A novel real-time PCR monitoring system was developed for observing F3B. ⺠F3B is able to fully grow on other plant hosts and increase plant tolerance to lethal phytotoxic concentrations. ⺠F3B was demonstrated to enhance the efficiency of phytoremediation in hydroponic and soil tests.
