Abstract
► A high-throughput sequencing of atrazine-exposed rice was performed to analyze global expression and complexity of genes. ► Four libraries were constructed from tissues with or without atrazine exposure. ► Millions of sequenced tags were sequenced and 18,833-21,007 annotated genes for a single library were obtained. ► Most of the annotated genes were expressed differentially in the libraries. ► GO and KEGG analysis showed modified molecular functions and metabolic pathway.
