Abstract
⺠A portable device has been developed to cleanly burn excess field propellants. ⺠The device is transportable to training sites and can be used in field training. ⺠Consumption rate of energetics exceeds 99.9%. ⺠Most of the heavy metals (lead) recovered are contained within the pan. ⺠Up to 120 kg of charges have been burned with a 15-min turnaround time.
