Abstract
⺠Ag/Al(OH)3 mesoporous nanocomposite film was in situ-deposited on Al foam filter. ⺠The synthesized Ag NPs showed two distinct morphologies due to the Al(OH)3 film. ⺠The Ag/Al(OH)3 filter showed good bacteria removal rate within a short contact time.
