Abstract
⺠A novel process named as “elecro/Fe2+/peroxydisulfate” process was proposed. ⺠The effect of operating parameters on the decolorization was investigated. ⺠The main intermediate products were determined by GC-MS technique. ⺠A plausible degradation pathway of Acid Orange 7 was proposed. ⺠The changes of COD and the acute toxicity during the treatment were monitored.
