Abstract
⺠This work suggests an economic alternative for the disposal of fly ash and sludge. ⺠The mixture has a certain degree (14%-sludge-and-6%-fly-ash) of fertilizer and soil-conditioner benefit. ⺠The artificial soil improves the yield of Manilagrass. ⺠Manilagrass reduces the eco-toxicity and bioavailability of Ti, V, Mn, Co, Cr and Cd. ⺠Bio-concentration-factor of heavy metals in plant decrease as Sb > Ni > Zn > Cu > Pb > Mn > Co = Cr > Cd > Fe > V = Ti > As.
