Abstract
⺠Capacity of H2S removal by waste biocover soil (WBS) during landfill stabilization. ⺠The input of landfill gas (LFG) stimulates microbial growth in the WBS cover. ⺠LFG induces a more rapid biotransformation between sulfide and sulfate in the WBS. ⺠Mechanism of H2S removal in the soils includes adsorption and biotransformation.
