Abstract
⺠ZnO flower-rod arrays based on ITO was firstly used as a photocatalytic device. ⺠This photocatalytic device is convenient to recycle without centrifugation. ⺠Electrochemical method was used to research the photodegradation mechanism. ⺠The degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B is enhanced by ZnO flower-rod arrays. ⺠This structure could be found in applications in solar cells, sensors and other devices.
