Abstract
⺠After encapsulation, Hb was partially homogeneously dispersed inside the matrix. ⺠The activity of the biocatalyst showed better tolerance toward pH changes than free Hb. ⺠The as-synthesized biocatalyst gave significant aniline removal. ⺠PEG enhanced the removal efficiency by increasing molecular weight of the product - polyaniline.
