Abstract
⺠Present “green” synthesis is an efficient, easy-going, fast, renewable, inexpensive, eco-friendly and non-toxic approach. ⺠TEM shows average particle size of 8.25 ± 1.37 nm of synthesized nanosilver, giving UV-vis absorption at 410 nm. ⺠FTIR confirms Azadirachtin as reducing and stabilizing agent for nanosilver formation (stability up to three months). ⺠The nanosilver modified electrode (Ag/GC) exhibited an excellent electro-catalytic activity toward the reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). ⺠The recovery percentage of H2O2 in water is 92-105%, which is applicable for sensors and water/waste water plants.
