Abstract
⺠Biological studies provide necessary information about the metabolism and fate. ⺠Data will indicate persistence vis-à -vis toxicity of pesticide and metabolites. ⺠Metabolites were identified in vitro and in vivo conditions in Wistar rats. ⺠A data bank of metabolites generated for forensic and epidemiological investigations. ⺠Quinalphos oxon and 2-hydroxy quinoxaline, toxic metabolites, observed in all cases.
