Abstract
► The LC50 of TGA-CdTe for zebrafish at 120 hpf was 185.9 nM. ► Zebrafish exposed to TGA-CdTe resulted in lower hatch rate and more malformation. ► Body length and heart beat of zebrafish declined after exposure to TGA-CdTe. ► Larvae exposure to TGA-CdTe elicited a higher basal swimming rate. ► Abnormal vascular of FLI-1 transgenic zebrafish larvae exposed to TGA-CdTe occurred.
