Abstract
⺠Neurotoxic exposures of male mice to OPs reprogram hypothalamus-pituitary metabolism. ⺠At the dose of 4.1 mg/kg diazinon significantly decreased the acetylcholinesterase. ⺠Adverse male-mediated reproductive effects may reflect the cytotoxic potential of DZN. ⺠Diazinon induced depressive state on reproductive performance at the high dose. ⺠Hypothalamus-pituitary neurotransmitters are correlated with ACh concentrations.
