Abstract
⺠External H2S significantly alleviates Al toxicity in barley. ⺠External H2S reduces Al uptake, increases uptake of P, Ca, Mg and Fe. ⺠H2S alleviated Al-induced oxidative damage, up-regulated CAT and POD and suppressed ROS production. ⺠H2S elevated Al-induced depressed activities of Na+K+-ATPase and H+-ATPase. ⺠H2S improved photosynthesis performance of Al-stressed plants.
