Abstract
⺠Co3O4 nanoflower clusters were prepared by low-temperature hydrothermal method. ⺠PVP promoted the formation of self-assembled Co3O4 nanoflower clusters. ⺠The Co3O4 nanoflower showed excellent and stable catalytic oxidation properties towards toluene.
