Abstract
► An ultrafiltration ceramic membrane was used for the removal of a reactive dye, RB5. ► Influence of operating conditions and feed concentration on the process was studied. ► Generally, flux increased with higher TMP and CFV and lower feed concentration. ► High percentages of dye removal were obtained regardless of the tested conditions. ► Optimal operating conditions were found by using response surface methodology.
