Abstract
⺠Bioelectrochemical system has a potential for efficient removal of p-nitrophenol. ⺠p-Nitrophenol removal rate was significantly enhanced. ⺠The cosusbtrate dosage was significantly reduced. ⺠p-Aminophenol was identified as the dominant product of p-nitrophenol reduction.
