Abstract
⺠Microwaves energy is suitable to removal pollutant compounds from solid matrices. ⺠VOC and soot removal represent two different case study of microwaves treatments. ⺠Two kinds of microwaves applicators prototype for in-situ, non-intrusive treatments are presented. ⺠Mathematical codes able to describe two different microwaves assisted remediation processes are proposed.
