Abstract
⺠Biodurability of thermally transformed cement-asbestos (KRY·AS) was determined. ⺠We call for a standardization of the biodurability tests. ⺠The biodurability in vitro of KRY·AS is lower with respect to that of chrysotile asbestos. ⺠The low potential toxicity of KRY·AS is demonstrated making its recycling safe.
