Abstract
⺠Coupling of native laccase with TiO2/UV decreased the 2,4-DCP degradation rate. ⺠TiO2/UV induced rapid inactivation of laccase. ⺠Immobilizing laccase to controlled porous glass significantly enhanced the stability of enzyme. ⺠Coupling of immobilized laccase with TiO2/UV increased the degradation of 2,4-DCP. ⺠Thermometric biosensor based on immobilized laccase detected 2,4-DCP precisely.
