Abstract
⺠We study behavior of copper(II) induced complexes in maize plant extracts. ⺠We optimized a method for determination of copper(II) ions. ⺠Hydrodynamic voltammogram obtained for each sample indicated the complex creation. ⺠Differences between mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal plants were found. ⺠Mycorrhizal colonization reduced root to shoot translocation of Cu(II) ions.
